It happens, sometimes you need to reset or change your password. 


3 Ways to Change or Reset your Password:


1. From inside your Piqosity tutor/teacher account


For this method you must currently be logged into your Piqosity account. In the green navigation menu, on the top right, click on the name dropdown (which should be your username)



  1. Click "Profile" from the dropdown menu at the top right corner of the green menu bar.
  2. From the "Profile" page, click "Edit" in the top right corner
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page until you can type in your new password. 
  4. Remember to click "Update User"



2. If you have forgotten your current password:



  1. From Piqosity's sign in page, click "Forgot Password"
  2. Enter the email associated with your Piqosity account to receive instructions on how to reset     your password.


3. For educators that are part of an organization:


If you are apart of a Tutoring Company or School and are unable to sign into your Piqosity account to change your password, please contact your Organization administrator to reset your password for you.
