As the organization administrator, you have the ability to assign a new password of your choosing to any of your students or educators. 


This feature is particularly helpful when your members have forgotten their passwords and are also having trouble with the automated "reset password" function. 


To reset a student's password, simply go to the edit student window and enter a new password. 

  1. Go to the "Students" page
  2. Click on the three dots in the "Action" column next to the student's name you want to edit
  3. Click on "Edit"


To reset an educator's password, simply go to the edit tutor/teacher window and enter a new password.

  1. Go to the "Tutors" page
  2. Click on the three dots in the "Action" column next to the educator's name you want to edit
  3. Click on "Edit"


Note:

  • You will never be able to see a previously-selected password; you can only create a new one
  • The user can always change the password in their "Profile" settings later.
