For schools and tutoring companies taking advantage of our automatic in-app discounts, we will refund unused licenses on request, less a 10% fee.
This fee is necessary to cover:
- credit card processing fees, which we pay even when we issue a refund
- the automatic discount given at time of purchase
- the labor involved in processing the refund
You can avoid this fee by reassigning an already purchased, unused license from one to student to another. All you have to do is change the user's e-mail address.
This policy is effective January 1, 2026.
