As an organization administrator, you can see a high-level overview of all your students' performance grouped by the course they're taking. In this page we explain how to find and interpret this data.


Finding the Organization Stats Page


1. From your organization administrator dashboard, click on the courses tab:

The courses tab shows all the courses that you have added to your organization. At any point you can add another course by clicking "Courses" in the top Navbar and selecting "Add New Course".


2. From the courses page, select the course which you would like to view your student's data for:

3. The organization stats page is separated by tabs. Refer below for a brief description of each tab:

  1. Active Students: Students who have used the app in the last 90 days
  2. Inactive Students: Students who have not used the app in the last 90 days. You can move active students to the inactive tab by using the action menu in the far right column.
  3. All Students: All students, both active and inactive, who are enrolled in the particular course.
  4. Active Tutors: Tutors who have used the app in the last 90 days
  5. Inactive Tutors: Tutors who have not used the app in the last 90 days. 


Interpreting Student Statistics


Once you've accessed the course page you're looking for, you'll want to familiarize yourself with the meaning of all the different statistics. Below is an annotated screenshot for reference. 


  1. Tutors: The number of active tutors in this course.
  2. Students: The number of active students in this course.
  3. Score: The average score (see point 5 below) of all active students in the course who have a score generated (i.e. have answered and submitted a non-zero number of questions).  
  4. Gain: The average gain (see point 6 below) of all active students in the course who have a gain value generated. 
  5. Score: The "composite" score of the students work in the course thus far. Generated by scoring the student's last 100 questions answered per topic, and then averaging these topic scores together to create a composite score. 
  6. Gain: The difference between a student's score and their baseline. A positive gain shows improvement while a negative gain shows regression. 
  7. Baseline: Calculated by taking a snapshot of the student's score once they answered and submitted 25 questions in each topic of the course. This serves as a "baseline value" or starting point for the student's prep. This value will show "NA" until all sections in the course have had at least 25 questions answered and submitted. 
  8. Pacing: This shows how efficiently the student is working through questions relative to the "ideal" pace. A pace higher than 100% means the student is working quickly, while a pace lower than 100% means the student is working slowly.
  9. Questions: The number of questions the student has answered in all topics within the course.
