If you receive the warning "Unable to add student, because they already exist," it's because the e-mail address you used is already in Piqosity's database.
You cannot create a new student that already exists.
To continue with joining this student t your account, you have two options:
- Use a different e-mail address
- Invite them to a specific teacher and classroom
If you invite the student to join a specific teacher and classroom, they will be linked with that tutor; however, they will not be a part of your organization and cannot benefit from your discounted pricing.
