The student dashboard features a "Progress Report" container, which interprets the student's performance statistics using plain language.

This report features four paragraphs:

  1. Analysis of the student's composite or average score across all sub-tests
  2. Identification of the student's weakest areas
  3. Analysis of the student's pacing
  4. An indication of Piqosity's confidence in the analysis

Below is some insight into how we determine the text which is shown. Note that the numerical values are subject to change.

Pacing Analysis

The pacing analysis is based off of how many seconds a student is spending per question and Piqosity's estimate on how much time the student will or will not have to complete the full test.

  • Less than 90% of a test completed means the student is working "too slowly"
  • 90 - 100% = "at a good pace"
  • More than 110% = "too quickly"

Confidence Analysis

Piqosity's analysis will become better as it collects more data from the student. In general, the more practice the student completes, the more precise Piqosity's analysis will be.

  • Fewer than 100 questions scored means Piqosity has a "low confidence"
  • 100 - 500 questions = "medium confidence"
  • More than 500 questions = "high confidence"
