If within 30 days of making a purchase, you are not satisfied with Piqosity and have not completed any of the full-length practice tests or used any of the included services such as the private tutorial, we will gladly entertain your request for a full refund.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via a support ticket. We typically respond to refund requests within 2 business days. Your card-issuing bank may require an additional 5 to 10 business days to fully reflect the refunded amount.
