Piqosity gives organizations a layered and intuitive platform for managing their tutors and students. The primary features of the Organization Administrator's account are:

The Dashboard


The dashboard is the first page that you see upon successful login. Please refer to the annotated screenshot for a summary of functions:


1. The Banner across the top of the screen allows you to toggle between different courses and pages on Piqosity. The Banner is always present regardless of the page you're on, so it can be used for quick navigation wherever you are on Piqosity.

  • Course allows you to quickly navigate to any of your Course Dashboards.
  • Tutors takes you to the tutors page. On this page you can see and manage all of your tutors in one place. Important functions include:
    1. Create a new tutor by clicking o the "New Tutor" button. 
    2. Invite an existing tutor to your organization with the "Invite Tutor" button.
    3. View a tutor's account by clicking on their name or clicking the dots under the Action column.
    4. Edit or delete a tutor by clicking on the dots under the Action column.
    5. Manually update your tutors' stats by clicking the button below the tutors table. Note: stats are already updated every night. 
  • Students takes you to the Students page on Piqosity where you can add and manage your students. Note: you can switch into your students' accounts by clicking on any of their names. For more information check out our article on viewing students or adding students.
  • Leaders shows the Piqosity Community's top educators and students in a given course. 
  • Forum takes you to Piqosity's community page where users can connect.


2. Clicking on your name in the top right of the screen opens a Profile Options menu. 

  • Profile  shows basic information about your organization, courses, and tutors in each course. You can also edit your personal account information (including your password) and your Organization's information. 
  • Payments and Licenses shows your billing history, cards on file, organization credits, and active course licenses. 
    • Note: you'll need an active card on file in order to add students to your organization. This card will be billed whenever you add a student.


3. Piqosity News keeps you up to date with all of Piqosity's latest news and blog articles. 

  • Blog articles are created and updated weekly. They always contain useful insights on schools, testing, and other academic highlights.


4. The Stream is the first tab on the Administrator Dashboard, and it allows Administrators to easily relay messages to others within their organization. Posts to the stream show up for all individuals within the group you specify. You must select a course, however the other fields (educator, class, and student) are optional depending on how specific your audience is. 


5. The Students tab shows you all of the students within your organization (regardless of their educator, course, or class). 

  • This table is filterable by course (ISEE Upper Level, ACT, ELA 5, etc.) or student activity status (active students are those who were active within the last 90 days). 
  • To add students to your organization simply click on the green "Add Student" button. 


6. The Tutors tab shows all of your educators in one location. 

  • To view one of your tutors' profiles simply click their name, and you'll be taken to their account. 
  • To add a tutor to your organization click on the green "Add Tutor" button. 


7. The Courses tab shows you all of the courses that your organization is currently enrolled in. 

  • You can click on any of the course names to see a filterable and data-driven overview of that course. The report includes:
    • The number of tutors and students in the course
    • The average overall score and gain of all students within the course
    • Each individual students':
      • Score - their predicted test day score based on past practice
      • Gain - how much the student improved from their baseline
      • Baseline - the student's starting score
      • Pacing - how quickly the student is working through questions
      • Questions - the total number of questions the student has worked
      • Join date and last active date
